Material supply
Optimiser II determines materials supply requirements by combining all product parts schedules and product replenishment plans, so planners can then prepare supply fulfillment schedules right down to individual batch level, taking account of supply constraints.
The system will then use the schedules to re-calculate inventory and show the impact on the finished goods fulfillment, allowing planners to see the effect of various trial choices before committing to a plan.
Once a schedule is accepted, the system can be used to generate order instructions to order processing software.
